LIFE - Made for Each Other
You were made for greatness.
This is not a statement about personal success, but about purpose in life. God’s purpose. It’s far beyond your talents or goals and bigger than any personal ambition. It’s that rare indescribable feeling of joy and that unfinished feeling that often accompanies great achievement. It is that sense that wherever you are and whatever you’ve reached you are not yet what you were made to be.
The Bible teaches that we were made in God’s image, created to serve God and be his representatives in the world. Yet this grand purpose—which requires the full commitment of our lives—cannot be accomplished alone. Like God Himself we were made to live in community. Not simply a place to be with others, but to become with the help of others.
