A servant of Jesus Christ and a laborer of His love, greetings and praise to God for His eternal word. My name is Theo Wheeler. My wife Lisa and I have three boys, Alex, Zach and Caban. We were born and raised in Syracuse and have now lived in Penfield for nine years. Our move was God’s design, yet we thought it was because of our Wedding Publication Business. We have been attending Browncroft for five years, and have been members for most of that time. We serve our God through leading a Community Group every week, Flower City Workcamp, and Children’s ministry. We are currently working on organizing an Adoption Ministry.

 

 

 

Where we come from does not always determine where we are going. In fact, it is rare that we end up where we thought we might. So many great servants of God were the least in their house. What a great truth to know that regardless where we are from, or where we have been, God will still use us, if we let Him. If we are faithful, God will always bless us. 

Before jumping the gun, and going head to head with people, we should always try to meet them where they are. It has possibilities of actually reaching people. I try to do this with my teenagers, the ones that “don’t want to hear it.” Although they may act like they are not listening, it usually sinks in, and reveals itself later.
