Prayer

“Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them.” Matthew 18:19-20

Prayer Room

Find a quiet place to pray at Browncroft in the Prayer Room. Located near the west entrance, to the right of the sanctuary, this dedicated room is available whenever the church is open.

After each Sunday worship service, Browncroft has a Prayer Minister ready to pray with you or for you in the Prayer Room, which is located in the hall to the right of the Sanctuary as you enter. Privacy is important to us, so be assured that any requests shared will be kept in confidence.

To inquire to become a Prayer Minister, contact mercy@browncroft.org.

Prayer & Praise List

A list of individual requests for Browncroft and our supported missionaries is distributed by email each Wednesday afternoon. Printed copies are available near the information desk in the foyer. The weekly deadline for listing a prayer request is Tuesday at 10 AM. To add a prayer request to our list, please fill out the form at right. To subscribe to receive the list, contact mercy@browncroft.org.

Group Prayer Meetings

Wednesdays: Pray through the Prayer and Praise list with others at 7 pm each Wednesday evening in the Choir Room (located in the hall behind the sanctuary).

Saturdays: Join with others to pray specifically for God to work in and through us on Sunday and beyond. 9:00-9:30 am most Saturdays in the Prayer Room.

Sunday mornings: During each Sunday morning service, small groups of people gather in the Prayer Room to pray for God’s work throughout the building.  Find us in the right rear corner of the Prayer Room.  All are welcome.  For more information, contact mercy@browncroft.org.

Additional all-church prayer events, training sessions and retreats will be made available periodically.

Ladies Missionary Fellowship

The Missionary Fellowship groups are a meaningful avenue of prayer and service for those who want to actively participate in Browncroft’s mission program. The heart of each group’s monthly meeting is prayer for and correspondence with our missionaries. Projects that minister to the needs of missionaries are an important component as well. Alpha-Beta Group meets on site each first Thursday at 11 am in A12. Psi Group meets in homes each first Tuesday at 7 pm. Contact missions@browncroft.org. for the location.
