Willow Center offers a range of emergency and non-emergency supportive services.

Willow Center’s 24/7 Crisis and Support Hotline is a resource for victims of domestic violence, concerned friends and family, and professionals, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Hotline counselors provide a variety of services including:

· Crisis counseling

· Safety planning

· Advocacy

· Information and referral services

Crisis/Case Management:

Services provided range from safety monitoring, case management, crisis intervention, advocacy, linkages with other service providers, assistance in obtaining benefits, informal money management.

Eligibility Criteria: are 18 or older and have a physical or mental impairment; are unable to protect themselves from abuse, neglect, financial exploitation or other harm; have no one available who is willing and able to assist responsibly.
