I am excited to announce that the next round Financial Peace University (FPU) at Browncroft will be starting soon!

Financial Peace University is a personal finance program created by Dave Ramsey. It offers a step-by-step plan to help individuals and families manage their money, get out of debt, and build wealth. The course covers topics like budgeting, saving, investing, and retirement planning. Participants learn about the importance of living within their means, setting financial goals, and using a zero-based budget. The program emphasizes a debt-free lifestyle and provides practical tools and resources for achieving financial stability and peace of mind.

Here are several reasons to consider taking FPU:

1. Debt Reduction: FPU provides effective strategies to help participants get out of debt and stay debt-free.

2. Budgeting Skills: FPU teaches how to create and maintain a budget, promoting better financial habits.

3. Financial Education: FPU covers essential topics like saving, investing, and retirement planning, equipping participants with valuable knowledge.

4. Accountability and Support: Joining FPU at Browncroft offers a community of encouragement and accountability, making the journey easier.

5. Long-Term Financial Stability: FPU focuses on building a solid financial foundation, leading to lasting financial peace.

6. Goal Setting: Participants learn to set and achieve financial goals, fostering a sense of control over their finances.

I believe that FPU aims to transform financial behaviors and attitudes, leading to a more secure and stress-free financial future.

Classes will take place Sunday mornings at Browncroft, beginning this Sunday, October 20th. We will meet at 10:30am in Room A12. FPU at Browncroft is run as a flex class. This means participants will watch the weekly video on their own prior to class. Class time is then spent in community reviewing that week’s session and developing action plans. The course will run for nine weeks, wrapping up on Sunday, December 15th.

Here at Browncroft, we believe in life transformation through a relationship with Jesus Christ. I believe that FPU aims to transform financial behaviors and attitudes, leading to a more secure and stress-free financial future.

If you would like to join our FPU class this fall, please register by clicking the button below. The course materials are provided by Ramsey Solutions and costs vary between $99 and $119.

I hope you will join us!
