Dear Church,

We are thankful for the ways God is moving in our midst. Just a few weeks ago on Easter we had our largest single service attendance since Covid. Last Sunday evening we celebrated 80 Browncrofters completing the most recent Rooted discipleship cohort. This makes close to 900 total Browncrofters completing this foundational discipleship course over the past handful of years. And in the upcoming weeks we will be celebrating over 20 baptisms. These are all signs that God is working in and throughout our congregation. And my prayer is that He is stirring within you – as He is in me – to go deeper in your faith and trust in Jesus.

As our Sunday service attendance has steadily increased, we are prayerfully looking ahead at where God might be taking us and what He may be asking of us.

We are prayerfully looking ahead at where God might be taking us.

To help us in this planning, we’ve developed a brief congregational survey to allow us better to prepare for the future. By God’s grace, we desire to continue to spiritually and numerically grow together. As a part of this, we are asking each of you to provide some brief feedback and to consider a new service option.

You may have already completed this survey on Sunday. Close to 800 of you already did and we are so thankful!  But if you did not, would you please take this two-minute survey to help us better plan and prepare for the months ahead. Your feedback and consideration are greatly desired.

Thank you in advance.

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. Colossians 2:6-7

Lord, Teach Us to Pray

This July we will be bringing the same request to Jesus His disciples once did: “Lord teach us to pray." For four weeks, we will look at the Lord’s Prayer and how it prompts us to transform the way we commune with our Heavenly Father.
