This adult will lead a group of middle or high school students on Wednesday evenings 6:00-8:30pm from September to June. Our goal is to provide an environment where students can grow in their faith in Jesus as they learn the importance of Browncroft’s 4 spiritual habits: Spend Time With God, Spend Time With Others, Know & Use Your Gifts, and Share Your Faith.
This adult will lead a group of children on Sunday mornings at 9:00am or 10:30am from September to June. Our goal is to provide an environment where children can grow in their faith in Jesus as they learn the importance of Browncroft’s 4 spiritual habits: Spend Time With God, Spend Time With Others, Know & Use Your Gifts, and Share Your Faith.
A teen or adult who assists the Browncroft Kids Small Group Leader with tasks on Sunday mornings, including but not limited to: taking attendance, organizing supplies, assisting with activities, modeling the way for the children in the small group.
An adult who displays the love of God to the youngest in our congregation by nurturing and caring for their physical needs. Encouraging parents to be present in the “big church” service, knowing that their little ones are safe and loved.
A teen or adult who is comfortable on stage, communicating the weekly Bible lesson in a creative, engaging way. Should be upbeat and energetic and able to memorize scripts.
A volunteer to works one/one in a small group on Sunday mornings with a specific child who has special needs. The goal would be to help the child remain in their small group for the service, making sure they are safe and cared for, while also maintaining a focused learning environment for the rest of the group. Regular communication with the child’s family would be essential.
Create a welcoming environment for guests by providing a warm drink and a friendly smile.
Create a welcoming environment and incredible first impression for guests by offering a safe parking experience with a high energy welcome and clear, safe directions.
Create a welcoming environment for guests by giving them a sincere greeting, a genuine smile, a friendly presence and by providing general assistance during their visit on our campus.
Create a comfortable environment for guests by welcoming them and offering assistance to make engaging with the service both easy and distraction-free.
Engage with participants in our online campus in the chats on Sunday morning. Livestream hosts connect the content of the Sunday morning service, dialogue with online attenders, and encourage next steps at Browncroft.
The Stage Manager ensures that people enter and exit the stage at the appropriate time and that all equipment is placed properly and in working order. Examples of normal responsibilities include making sure wireless microphones have fresh batteries, moving tables and other props during the transitions between the worship set and the sermon, and helping musicians move instruments and other equipment on and off the stage. The Stage Manager should be friendly, a strong communicator, and have good people skills. Training is provided, and no previous experience is necessary.
The Lighting Operator controls the lighting console during live services and generally advances through a list of preprogrammed cues. On occasion, the individual may also make lighting changes on the fly as needed. Training is provided, and no previous experience is necessary.
The graphics operator cues all videos, lyrics, photos, and other computer graphics content that is seen on screen in the sanctuary and on the live stream. This person must play close attention to the timing of the service and has an important role in facilitating congregational participation during worship. Training is provided, and no previous experience is necessary.
A Camera Operator captures what is happening on stage and in the room during live services for display online and on screen in the sanctuary. The purpose of live video production is to help the congregation clearly see the primary leader or communicator as well as enhance the energy and atmosphere during worship. Training is provided, and no previous experience is necessary.
Facilitate an adult small group gathering of no more than 10-12 group members to support discipleship at Browncroft. Potential group leaders go through a training experience as a first step.
